We provide reliable, flexible and cost-effective solutions, built to meet all the needs of our customers. Our network (DWDM and IP/MPLS) is built on optical infrastructure on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia, in Skopje and other major cities.

Quality of service

Using modern technology, we provide a wide range of options (1 Mbps – 100 Gbps), suitable for companies as well as for the wholesale market. By using the Neotel network in Macedonia, as well as through the abundance of international interconnections, we provide high-quality service levels (SLA) for protected and unprotected services.

International connections

Neotel's largest international POP is located in Telepoint, Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria and is connected to Neotel's network in Macedonia and the region via a DWDM network with huge available capacities.
For the implementation of international services and interconnections, we also use our points of presence in one of the largest European interconnection centers – Frankfurt Equnix FRA5), as well as in Vienna (Interxion). The new point of presence with active equipment in the largest data center TELEPOINT in Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria.
