Quick and simple! Number portability is a change of operator and securing the right to keep your existing number in the same numbering area.

All you need to do is follow these steps:

To settle all open accounts with the existing operator.
To submit number portability request in our showroom or through our partners in the country.

What next?

Then the request is submitted to the appropriate operator. The same operator will respond to the request within 1 day. After the request is approved, you become our subscriber. By transferring to Neotel, you will keep the same number as before! If the request is rejected, you have the opportunity to start the procedure again. For more information, call 02/ 55 11 112.
