IP Centrex is a modern solution for telephone services where the IP – based PBX switch is located at the premises of Neotel. Your company connects to its clients through an internet connection. For that reason, you will need a stable internet connection provided by Neotel to be able to use this service. IP Centrex offers IP calls and other IP-based services, as well as connection to conventional telephone systems (PSTN).
The service is intended for users that want the PBX characteristics without having additional costs, such as capital costs, rent and maintenance. This service is also interesting for those that are moving the company, that have a new location, or that are in search for a replacement for the old PBX.
