If the line speed defined for the package cannot be achieved, NEOTEL is obliged to deliver the highest possible speed, whereas the minimal data flow (download/upload) will not be lower than average in 95% of the time during one month, provided that the internet traffic included in the package had not been surpassed.
**Minimal speed is 2 Mbps/2 Mbps and it refers to the speed after surpassing the traffic included in the package.

The packages include 1 landline with one channel.
